Hawkstone Park is very special to many motocross riders, mainly due to the fact that it’s home to the legendry Hawkstone Motocross Track.

Run by the Salop Motor Club and based in Shropshire, Hawkstone Motocross track is known as one of the more challenging and technical circuits, due to its deep sand and the Hawkstone Hill.

One of the best events that Hawkstone Motocross Track hosts every year is the Hawkstone International, which features some of the best action and the best riders compared with anything else worldwide.

This years event at the Hawkstone Motocross Track, the 12th of its kind, will be one of the very best, with contenders such as De Dyker and Ramon.

That is not all though, the Hawkstone Motocross Track is also the host of rounds that compile the Maxxis British Motocross Championship and the World Motocross Championship.

Apart from being famous and host to some of the most presigious motocross tracks in the UK, Hawstone Motocross Track is also one of the best to ride.

The Hawkstone hill challenges the most experienced rider, with a rock face towards the top, while the consistent deep sand constantly draws energy out of most riders. Even if the rider can keep on top of the track, some times it is the machine that lets the rider down at Hawkstone, being such a hard and technical Motocross Track.

If the sand and the Hawkstone hill isn’t making riders lives hard enough, then the sandy whoop section will make their lives slightly tougher, many riders can be seen going head over heels here, so its an excellent place to spectate!

In conclusion, Hawkstone Motocross Track is a true test of man and machine, but is worth every last sweat and tear to get the experience the track gives riders.
