The training includes Gary Bailey riding techniques, mental training & development, athletic training and sports nutrition. This camp is an opportunity for a select few to be coached to think, race, practice, train, eat and prepare like champions.

BEN Wootton finally broke his spell of bad luck at the weekend by taking a resounding victory in the Ironman A class at WOR’s Five-hour Ironman and Team X-Country event. Youth and enthusiasm eventually overcame the old age and trickery of Gareth Lloyd, who had led the race for some time, as Wootton went on to take the win by two clear laps.

PAUL Winrow is the 2009 British MMX QuadX Champion, but in a rough tough race meeting where protests, counter protests, and appeal to the protest decision had pieces of paper flying about like confetti, one thing was definite and that is that Winrow is still the man to beat as, ten – count them – ten British Quad motocross titles can’t be wrong.
