If conditions are really cold and miserable and you don’t have proper cold- or wet-weather gloves, try wearing latex surgical gloves under your normal riding gloves. Your hands will stay much warmer, but be aware that your hands will sweat and the resulting softened skin may blister easily if you are prone to that.
